K&H implements the following activities and act as an advisor to the company

1. Provide consultation, assistance and advice with respect to the Company’s financial plan.
2. Assist in preparing the ‘pre-short review’ with general oversight of operation, legal, and accounting issue.
3. Assist in investor’s package and presentation materials/documents
4. Assist in offering process, including review of documents, road show planning
5. Provide ongoing advice on financial and business activities, including negotiation strategies, financing alternatives and possible alliances
6. Submit the report and carry out meeting (when necessary)
